Are all Pressure Washing companies alike?
No. Not at all. Our company only uses “pressure” with our surface cleaners on concrete. When doing houses we use our low pressure cleaning method which is the safe, no damage way to wash a house. It is safe for your shrubs and bushes too. We don’t blast away at your siding with 3,000+ psi possibly causing major damage to the exterior of your home. Instead, we gently wash your home by spraying on high quality detergents, then rinse down your home using around 150 psi, leaving your home beautiful and clean. NO pressure = NO damage!
How will you reach the top of my home?
Our system can reach 35′ from the ground. We also can hand brush up to 25′ from the ground. Our ladders are setup with stabilizers and levelers for safe use.
Are windows included in the house wash?
Yes. Windows and doors are included in a house wash. Windows with dirt or mold on them may need to be scrubbed using a window brush. Screens will be washed with this low pressure technique followed by a thorough rinse with water. This will leave a streak-free shine.
How often do I need to get my house washed?
It’s recommended that you get your house washed every 1 – 2 years to keep it looking good and keep paint and siding in good condition.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry both business license and general liability.
Will grass, plants, or flowers be harmed?
We take every precaution when washing your house to prevent damage to your landscaping. When we show up to your home, we are sure to treat your home as if it were our home. We water all plants before and after your house soft wash to help prevent any damage, and move potted plants away from your home to ensure they are not damaged.
Will this method damage our windows?
We use low pressure on your home instead of high pressure because this eliminates any cause for damage. We do not damage windows, gaskets, or screens.
